"I was sent product that was clearly used or defective (container was missing a bunch of product). Returned it and never received my refund, even after following up. Had to dispute the charge, and Ouidad is fighting it despite acknowledging receiving the returned product. What an awful experience. Will not purchase from them again, and I urge others to exercise caution with dealing with this company."

"This is by far the worst extreme hold gel I’ve ever used. It’s so heavy and sticky and doesn’t glide on. It doesn’t keep a hard cast and all “falls out” while diffusing leaving me with frizzy hair. I will never buy this product again."
