Ouidad.com offers a 30-day, money-back satisfaction guarantees on all its products. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, simply return your product as described below within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your product arrives damaged or is missing, please report it as soon as possible through our online returns portal and select the “damaged or missing item” reason code.
For items received damaged, please retain the original shipping box, packing materials and the item for inspection. We may request you send a photo of the damage to accelerate our investigation.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
Submit a return request via our online returns portal.
Ouidad will provide a FedEx return shipping label via the portal. A return handling fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to return the item for store credit, the return handling fee will be waived.
Please properly package your return to prevent damage in transit. Use the original Ouidad packaging if available. Gifts with purchase and like promotional items are ineligible for refund.
*Please note, Salon orders are not eligible for return.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Upon inspection and approval of your return, we will refund your purchase using the original payment method, minus the $5.99 return handling fee. Please allow up to 14 business days from the time your return is received for the merchandise return credit to be processed.
