Great idea, terrible formulation
"I bought 2 bottles of this serum but unfortunately I can’t even finish 1 of them. The texture is soooo thick and gel-like that it’s impossible to spread on your scalp. There are globs of “serum” on the outside of the dropper that get in your hair instead of on your scalp. It dries hard in your hair like a gel and does leave residue on your scalp, especially if you’re not an everyday washer. This was a great product idea but please reformulate into a liquid serum so it’s usable."

"I am not sure how I feel about this so here is my honest review! I now know why they say to put it on at night, it is SOOOO thick. I have used many many different scalp serums and this one is by far the thickest I have ever used. The dropper is terrible too, its so thick it sticks to the outside of the dropper so you cannot just put it in your hair like a regular scalp serum. You have to carefully move your hair, expose your scalp and put a drop on your scalp and try to gently rub it in. I wish they would change the formula to be thinner like a scalp serum or change the bottle to have a tiny hole the dropper can go in and out of to remove the excess serum from the outside of the dropper so you can glide it on your scalp. You also cannot just remove the excess from the dropper because it spills down the side where the top screws on so you'd lose a ton of serum. I cannot give it any longevity review since I just started using and am not sure I will continue because it is difficult to use. Glad I didn't order multiple bottles like I thought about doing :( Likes: -No smell, says fragrance free and it is 100% FF -Does not make hair look greasy if applied correctly Dislikes: -Thick -Messy -hard to use :("
