Great product, poor packaging

"Hi Ouidad. This is the second time one of the liter/32 oz bottles of product has leaked in the box (where they’re inexplicable stored horizontally) upon delivery. I’ve had to clean up all the containers in the shipment, which is an unnecessary pain. Love your product and will continue to promote the Ouidad brand. But please find a better way to secure and ship those large bottles!?"
