You can add or switch items in your subscription as well as skip, pause or cancel upcoming deliveries directly from your account anytime. You always have complete control over your subscription orders, and we’ll send an email reminder 10 days before each order ships. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity anytime by visiting 'MY SUBSCRIPTIONS' located within your account. Joining our subscription program is easy and can be done while browsing a product page or reviewing items in your cart. To subscribe, simply select the “Subscribe & Save 15%” option for your desired product, select your preferred shipment frequency, and then check out as normal.

After subscribing to a product, you will receive an email confirming your auto-delivery order. The email will include a link to access the “Subscriptions” section of your account, where you can manage your future orders, items, and account information. We will send you an email reminder 10 days before each scheduled subscription order. We will place your subscription orders automatically according to your selected frequency. You will be billed for your subscription order on each scheduled order date. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your subscription account, including when your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your subscription, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.

All Subscribe & Save orders are shipped with standard delivery via Fedex Ground Service. All orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
