When Jason Hallman transplanted from his native hometown of Philadelphia, he did not know where his destiny lied; He left with all the ambition and determination to become who he is today. With extensive classroom and hands-on training, Jason ventured off to New York City to follow his dream of being a renowned hair stylist. He worked in a few hair salons and acquired an extensive clientele; the word got out that Jason was an exceptional stylist.

For Jason it is not just about styling hair, but about creating a whole experience for his clients. Her experience includes tending to the tresses of celebrities such as Minnie Driver and Noelia, lending a hand to Ouidad on the set of HSN and shows such as Good Day New York, and working backstage at various fashion shows and Broadway shows such as In the Heights. Melissa works out of the Ouidad New York Salon specializing in color and softening.

Mirsada has been with the Ouidad family for the past three years. As Ouidad's head assistant she was able to do all the color and styling Ouidad's clients needed and was on-the-go with the Queen of Curl assisting her with photo shoots and TV appearances. For the past year she has been a Color and Curl Specialist. She is highly creative and has quickly become 'in demand' with a loyal clientele. She is passionate about helping clients embrace their curls by enhancing them with a great Carve and Slice haircut and teaching them how to care for their curls at home.

With more than 20 years of experience, Vincent truly understands curls. In fact, he counts his 'ability to recognize the hair's 'true nature' as the key to unlocking each client's unique style. His many years of experience combined with his mastery of Ouidad's 'carving and slicing' technique have opened the door to a new realm of creativity that his clients love. And, among those clients are Monica Seles and Liza Minnelli, as well as numerous Broadways producers and stars, including cast members of In the Heights. Vincent also wields his scissors for editorial and advertising shoots and is the touring stylist for the rock band, 'Thundering Road.'

In the many years she has worked at the Ouidad Salon she has made it her mission to teach her clients how to handle their curly hair so they can love it as much as she does -- a passion she learned from Ouidad herself. Today, she helps manage the tress-factor for such curly-haired stars as Law & Order's Berenice Mosca and Tamara Tuni,MAD TV's Christa Flanagan,Broadway's In the Heights cast members, as well as working on many advertising and editorial shoots.

I was a platform artist in the late eighties early nineties. I also owned & operated a salon for 25 plus years. I was on the board of MPIS Cosmotologist as secretary and have helped organize many fashion shows for the board, and raise money.

Barbie. I loved fixing my Barbie's hair as a child. I would spend hours styling my dolls with braids and up-do styles.

The salon I managed won a product sales contest for the entire DFW area. The contest was between seventy-six stores. I was a corporate trainer for a franchise chain, teaching stylist hair cutting techniques and customer service.

Cypriano has a true talent for color, especially with curls and his technique has earned him recognition and prestige from his clients and in the industry. He has been a platform artist at the International Beauty Show in the US and Europe since 1991.

While in her chair, you will be guided through a detailed consultation creating a customized look for your specific hair needs. While performing Ouidad’s Carve & Slice technique, Jessica doctors each individual curl that needs her attention with a soothing energy. She enjoys making clients feel and look great. Her specialties include creative styling and updos, especially for Bridal parties and special occasions. If it’s length and movement that you are craving, come in for an extension consultation. Jessica has worked with keratin bonds, tape-ins, braided hair extensions and sew-in wefts. She understands that we all have different hair types and patterns and her approach to every hair type can require different techniques. Jessica is always looking to be involved and inspired.
