Product Usage:

Using your fingertips, gently massage through wet hair and scalp. Rinse with warm water and follow with Ouidad Balancing Rinse.
Tips & Techniques

Never bunch or scrub hair together while shampooing as this roughens the cuticle and gives you weakened, frizzier hair. Use fingertips only to massage the scalp, then gently comb outstretched fingers in a downward motion through the hair to cleanse and detangle.

Shampooing every day is not necessary. Less frequent shampooing allows your natural oils to lubricate and protect your hair. On days you don't shampoo, a light spritz of Ouidad Botanical Boost will refresh hair.

It's interesting how opinions differ on the smell of the Clear & Gentle shampoo. I love it because it reminds me of a baby shampoo my mother used to use on my hair when I was very young. It was a Baby Hair Curl lotion. Personally, I really like it! Smell or no smell... it works beautifully!

I have used this shampoo for at least 10 years, so I obviously think it is a great product. However, they changed the scent a year or two ago. It now has an amonia smell, which is not very pleasant. Not sure why they made such a change, but it doesn't affect the performance.

It's nice, however I'm not crazy about the scent. It's very powerful, and smells like a perfume for older women. The scent DOES goes away once I rinse, though, but it does stick to the hair a bit afterward, which isn't a great thing. I like that you can wash your hair with it, though.

You really can't go wrong with this shampoo. It doesn't try out your hair, even if you wash it every day. I just like that it's mild and does the job without drying out my hair.

I love this shampoo. It has a pleasant smell, cleans gently and is sulfate free! So many shampoos irritate my sensitive scalp but this one doesn't bother it at all. Plus it doesn't fade my color.

This product does just what it says. It's gentle, doesn't give me that squeaky feeling and yet my hair feels nice and clean. Goes perfect with the Balancing Rinse.

I love this product. Its gentile enough to not fade my color but effective enough to keep my hair clean for up to 5 days. Love, love, love this product.
