Regardless of what you think of Mariah Carey's music, choices of men, or star vehicles (Glitter), you can almost always count on her to show some old fashioned glamour when there is a red carpet to walk down. While she didn't get any camera time at the show itself, she certainly showed off her amazing hair on the red carpet. Curl expert Ouidad tells us how to achieve her look.
First, apply a moisturizing gel, like Ouidad Curl Quencher Gel and dry hair with low heat.
Set large rollers on the top of the head and medium on the rest of hair.
Remove rollers and brush through with a soft bristle brush.
