Application
Ouidad Balancing Rinse is a protein-enriched, daily, no-oil detangling rinse that won't weigh down even fine hair. Apply to underneath layers and ends first, then comb outstretched fingers through hair for complete coverage. Do not rinse immediately! Allow the rinse to remain on hair for 2 to 3 minutes to plump hair with moisture and protein. Then rinse from scalp thoroughly, allowing a little to remain on ends of hair. - Never twist or squeeze water from your hair; instead, let the towel do the work. Gently pat excess water form hair.
