Summer’s is here and it’s time to let loose and do a bit of vacationing, beaching, and exploring while the days are long and the temperatures are high.  As the Global Editor of NaturallyCurly.com, I’m always flying around the country. In the next couple months I’ve got a jam-packed travel schedule filled with events, weddings and maybe- just maybe – a bit of R&R.

While at home in San Francisco it’s easy for me to maintain my normal hair care routine, which consists of weekly deep treatments and detangling, washing and conditioning.  Travel makes it difficult to maintain these same routines, not only because of the time spent in airplanes, but also variations in climate, water sources and access to products.  Here are my top tips for making sure my curls are on point while on the road:
