Due to residing in sunny California, I’ve seen Spring hair trends popping up everywhere for the  last two months. This season, the 90′s is a major influence! What a night at the 2013 Oscars. I feel like I’m in a time capsule with all the glamorous “Old Hollywood” style. From the musical performances, to the head to toe vintage ensemble.
