How to Enjoy Your Thanksgiving Holiday

1. Comfort is Key

A comfortable outfit is so necessary  because the last thing you want is to feel like a stuffed turkey. Luckily for us females, comfy bottoms and loose fitting tops do the job and you can still be a total fashionista!

What’s your outfit of choice?


2. Tame the Tresses
Keeping your hair pinned back away from your face allows for optimal fork/spoon to mouth action with the least amount of interruptions. This also applies if you will be working in the kitchen cooking. Ever had a mouthful of your own hair? Yeah, not so fun. Try rockin’ a cute braid, textured ponytail or bun full of curls!


3. Do some good math
Stop counting calories and your troubles. Thanksgiving is a day to add up all your blessings. Make it a priority to be positive about everything for the entire day. Keep all the negative conversation topics that may arise for another time. Let this day be about all the wonderful things going on in your life and the lives of the people you love.

P.S. The holidays can be stressful, however putting positivity out into the universe will only bring it right back to you. Try it!

    People forget how important a positive attitude is. If you focus on the negative, the positive seems like a blur, almost like it’s not there.
