Using your fingertips, gently massage through wet hair and scalp. Leave in hair for two minutes, then rinse with warm water and follow with a Ouidad conditioner. Use weekly, or more if needed.

Never bunch or scrub the hair while shampooing as this abuses the cuticle and leads to weakening and frizzing. Use the pads of fingers only and massage the scalp, then gently comb outstretched fingers in a downward motion through the hair to cleanse and detangle.
It is not necessary to shampoo every day. This allows your natural oils to lubricate and protect your hair. On days you don't shampoo, use a light spritz of Ouidad Botanical Boost or Sun Shield to refresh hair.

I have very hard water and believed that the deposits it leaves on my hair made it difficult for my hair color to take well. So I decided to try Water Works to shampoo before coloring and I must say I think it worked. My resistant greys seemed to take the color better and more evenly. Water Works is now part of my ever-expanding Ouidad hair care arsenal!
I use this shampoo once a week bc I have hard water which requires a water softening system.I have no control over this The water softener makes my hair just plain gross and I really need this shampoo to take the buildup out.
I swim alot and my curly hair was so dull and dry from chlorine. Now that I have been using Water Works my hair is shiny and manageable.
