1. What is your return policy?

Ouidad offers a 30-day, money back, satisfaction guarantee on our products.

Processing charges are not refundable. Only products that have been purchased from Ouidad.Com are eligible for return. In the event that you purchased a product at one of our salon affiliates, or retail partners, you must contact that location to return your products, in compliance with their return policy.

Non-returnable items include: combs, tshirts, pumps, curl clips, and books.

To be eligible for a refund, you must postmark the item(s) for return within 30 days of delivery:
