1. What is your return policy?
Ouidad offers a 30-day, money back, satisfaction guarantee on the regular sizes of our products. Sorry, professional or refill size products, videos, books, and all accessories are not refundable. (See reason below) To be eligible for a refund, you must postmark the item(s) for return within 30 days of delivery and return to:

2. Why can't I return a pro size?
When ordering an item for the first time, we suggest you purchase a smaller or regular size of that product. This will give you a chance to use the product and determine if it is suitable for your hair. As a courtesy to our customers, who use Ouidad products on a regular basis, we make professional or refill sizes and price them at a considerable discount. Professional or Refill sizes are not intended for trial.
3. Are shipping charges refundable?
Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.
4. Where do I send my return?
