Sarah M. was so great. She really took her time with me and my sister who was there for moral support. Like other curlies I have had my share of bad haircuts and was nervous to have someone new do my hair but Sarah made my curls look great. This salon is so friendly and helpful! I spent about 10 minutes on the phone with someone when I called to schedule my Ouidad cut, and she took her time with my questions and easing my fears and concerns. My experience with the cut and style were awesome! Melissa was fantastic and recommended products, taught me how to shampoo, condition, style and restyle MY hair--she tailored everything for my thin, limp hair and how I like to wear it. Awesome!
I hated my curly hair. I saw Ouidad on TV and was so excited to have a salon close to me. Jennifer did my first cut, and I walked out with gorgeous hair and an arm full of product. I have kept it up with regular Ouidad cuts with Sarah and Sarah-Rose and use of the product for over a year and I love my hair now. It's soft, the curls are great and it is now simple to maintain. Thanks Innovations and thanks Ouidad for giving me fabulous hair!!!!!
