I loved this comb but I dropped it on the floor and 4 tines shattered off the end on one side and 1 tine on the other side. VERY disappointed after spending 25 on it. Great comb but buyer beware. BUMMER!

I have been wanting to try this comb for a few years. I have 4b type hair and this thing is the BOMB. I love this comb to the 10th power. The best thing since slice bread. I wish I would have bought this a long long long time ago.

I gave it two stars because it does detangle but the feel of this comb is just too rough...its heavy and plastic is so hard it hurts when I am combing my hair.

Finally gave in & purchased this for my 14 yr old daughters hair. She has fine long curly hair & tried regular wide tooth combs. Just used this comb & it was wonderful. I was able to actually comb out her hair without any added detangler in a matter of minutes! Did go back & comb through moisturizer

DON'T USE THIS WITHOUT PUTTING IN ANY LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER ADDED FIRST! If not, you'll ruin your curl pattern and make your hair poofy as heck. Otherwise, this comb is GREAT. It detangles my hair like a dream, and it takes 5-10 seconds to detangle my over the shoulder length curlywavy hair.

I purchased the comb through reviews for a online hair board forum. Everyone was raving about it. I have kinky curly 4 c hair, which can be difficult to detangle. Now i put in my conditioner, take the comb start at the ends and work down to the roots and detangeling time is cut in half.I love it.

Love this comb! it detangles my hair so much faster than anything I have used before. I also use it to distribute leave-in conditioner evenly through towel dried hair before styling. It saves me so much time in the morning. I must for tightkinky curls.

Wow! I just used my new comb today and it is awesome! Anyone with curly hair should have one. I wish I had this 40 years ago! I don't think it is heavy at all! Thank you Ouidad! I love it!

Yes it is big and heavy but that is how you could describe my hair. I didn't use it much at first cause i was intimidated by it but now i can't live without it! I'm ordering another since my other one keeps disappearing from my bathroom! Absolutely love this!

I have a very tight curl that knots easily. This comb is the best thing ever created. I have used combs meant to double detangle and none measure up to this one. You forget the weight once you use it and your hair is untangled in seconds.

This is a highly effective comb on my classically curly hair which knots easily. However, I only gave it 3 stars due to ergonomics it is needlessly heavy, and the handle is awkward. I think they could easily use the same design in a lighter plastic with an ergonomically shaped handle. But it does work!

Just from one use I can tell this comb will change my hair forever. It not only helped me get rid of the knots I had before but it also goes through my hair without messing up my curls or causing frizz. I absolutely love it and will be using it all the time! Thank you Ouidad!

This is an insanely great comb! My 10 year old daughter has put up with me raking her hair with my fingers or one of my many 'horse' combs for years and has taken to calling me 'Sweeney Mom' for she says I'm into torturing her. I was taken aback by the size and weight of the comb at first but one swipe through her hair after applying Botanical Boost and we were both won over by this double toothed monster! It's like having an extra set of fingers and I now I can say...At last! My arm is complete!

I have to admit, when I opened the box I was shocked by the size of this comb. It is large....but it definitely does the job!! I tried it on dry hair and couldn't believe my eyes. I have never been able to get any comb through my hair when it is dry. This thing not only cut through my hair, it didn't frizz up. The big test was using it after I washed my hair. Four combs through and any tangle that was in my hair was gone! Seriously, this is God's gift to curls!! Thanks Ouidad!

Love this!!! It has also cut my styling time in half, and with a baby on the way, perfect timing!!! I always had problems doing the rake and shake w only my fingers, but this makes it so easy- takes the guesswork out of styling- I'm obsessed w it!

This comb doubles as a brush when my hair is dry and makes styling much faster plus no hair is left hidden in the bristles!. I like the rake effect too...great for my long, layered, thick, naturally curly hair.I am happy to have bought this comb, especially after reading the reviews submitted. The comb is not weighty but sturdy.

Fabulous! I tried it first on dry hair......my husband was laughing because I just couldn't quit -- it felt so good!! Now I use it in the shower....I put my conditioner on, wait a couple of minutes, then comb out any tangles. Magic!!

I am VERY impressed with this product. I have very kinky, type 4ab hair, and it can be hard to detangle even with deep conditioning and my Moisture Lock. This doesn't glide through but it certainly gets through the hair quickly and efficiently. My detangling time really has been cut down significantly, and I find that I have less knots when I go through my hair. EXCELLENT product!

I can't believe how easy it was to get this comb through my disgusting, knotty hair. I can't stop brushing my hair - it feels like fingers massaging your head if you brush close to your scalp. Ouidad has outdone herself with this brilliant invention

I'm shocked as to how easy it works, it cut my time in half. I put gel in the hair then I used the comb to style with instead of the rake & shake method and it worked beautifully, it made the hair soft curls and wavy. I love it!!!
